Clean burning details
Our candles are made with a soy wax blend and all-natural wicks made from paper and cotton.
Our candle experts carefully developed and tested each candle for an even burn, excellent fragrance performance, and a beautiful experience from the first light to the last.
How to use
For the best burn:
• Trim all three wicks to ¼ inch before each use
• On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges
• Burn for no more than 3–4 hours at a time
• Keep the candle away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Stop using the candle when about ½ inch of wax remains

Yes. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and we will ship the gift directly to their door. You can also add a gift bag and handwritten message, so the package feels thoughtful and personal when it arrives.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Every order ships from Minnesota in one business day. Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Priority shipping is also available at checkout, and we will email tracking details when the order ships. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Do I need their birth year or birth time?
No. You only need the month and day they were born. The Cosmic Birthday Candle is based on the exact calendar date, so no birth year, birth time, birthplace, or additional personal information is required.
Can I add a gift bag and handwritten message?
Yes. You can add a drawstring gift bag and handwritten message before placing the candle in your cart. These options are especially helpful when you are sending the order straight to the recipient instead of giving it in person.
What if they do not love their gift?
Your purchase is protected by our They’ll Love It Guarantee. Returns and exchanges are free within 90 days, and store credit is available for up to one year. This gives you added confidence when choosing a personal gift for someone important.
How does the free session with Diego work?
You or the recipient of your gift may book a free one-on-one Zoom session with Diego, the astrologer behind the candle. To begin, visit Book Your Session and upload a photo of the candle. We will email a scheduling link. No astrology knowledge is needed.
How long will the candle burn, and what is it made from?
Each candle provides about 50–60 hours of burn time when cared for as directed. It contains a soy wax blend, paper-and-cotton wicks, and premium fragrance oils. The vegan, phthalate-free formula supports a clean, even burn.
What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or needs a change?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will replace or correct anything that arrives damaged or does not match your order. Because orders ship within one business day, we cannot promise changes after purchase, but we will always do our best to help.
