We think you’re going to love Cosmos Within. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 90 days of purchase.

Been a bit longer? We’ve got you covered. You can return your item for store credit up to one year after your original purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs are not refunded).

Exchanges ship free and are offered on products of equal value only.

Returns and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 1-3 business days of receipt.

Cosmos Within monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Cosmos Within’s sole discretion.

Returns and exchanges not available with free gift promotions.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

We’ll process your order promptly so it arrives as quickly as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order within one hour after an order is placed; cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order has been processed.

For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.

 

Promotions

We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
